"Had a ceiling fan that was installed incorrectly and needed someone to fix it. Got Ric's name from a friend and gave him a call. While he was fixing that issue, I asked if he had any suggestions about the lighting in the bathroom (old florescent ceiling fixture that besides being ugly, was a pain in the butt to change the bulbs), and a wall mirror that was not right for the space. He made some suggestions and the rest is history. Besides a ceiling fan that is now installed correctly, I now have a bathroom that I absolutely love. Ric was very easy to work with - arrived when he said he would be there; careful about containing construction mess that is inevitable; and reasonably priced. "Ric repaired columns on my front porch. He went above and beyond to make them structurally sound because they weren't properly done when installed originally. He replaced the outside outlet which had been replaced prior with a cheap outlet and didn't work anymore. He also recommended using led lights in my kitchen, so I don't have to climb a ladder to change the bulbs anymore. I am very satisfied with Ric's work. Ric is very knowledgeable, up front and honest.
